PROPANE PRE-BUY PLAN:

Your price per gallon is locked in – it will not move up or down. You pay up front for up to 100% of your propane based on last year’s usage. This plan performs well in stable or increasing market conditions.

HEATING OIL CAP PLAN:

Your price per gallon is locked at a ceiling – if the market goes up, your price stays at the ceiling, if it goes down, your price goes down. You pay an enrollment fee to protect up to 100% of your oil based on last year’s usage. This plan performs well when the market conditions move up or down dramatically.
